Your home sits on a slab, otherwise known as a sturdy concrete foundation. Beneath the foundation, there lies necessary piping and water lines to provide services to your home.
Unfortunately, these pipes can leak, resulting in a slab leak. These can be detrimental to your home’s foundation if not acted upon quickly.
We offer two solutions to solve slab leaks. The first solution is called a “spot repair.” This exposes the leak with jackhammering, so our technicians can replace the damaged portion of the pipe. For a less invasive solution, we use a technique called “rerouting.” To do this, we’ll abandon a portion of the underground pipe and reroute it with a new pipe located above ground. This keeps your slab and floor intact while repairing the leak.
